As a provider with nearly 2,000 sites of care, including hospitals and surgery centers, HCA Healthcare is committed to offering life-enhancing healthcare services to the communities we serve. In this role, the RN will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient-centered care in our dynamic Ortho Trauma unit, working closely with surgeons and a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and manage patient care. Responsibilities Assess patient condition and plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans Provide direct nursing care by administering medications, managing pain, and assisting with mobility Work collaboratively with surgeons and the healthcare team to facilitate the healing process and improve patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and post-hospital treatment Maintain accurate documentation of all nursing procedures Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely treatment Required Skills Strong clinical skills with expertise in orthopedic and trauma care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make quick and accurate assessments of patient conditions Proficient in using electronic health records and medical software
