This position involves providing comprehensive patient care within a general surgery and trauma setting. As a key team member, you will lead personalized care plans, monitor clinical conditions, and ensure safe, evidence-based treatment. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless communication and advocate for patients by accurately implementing physician orders. Additionally, you'll assess and coordinate discharge processes to support patients and families beyond hospitalization.
Qualifications & Skills:
Requires a valid Kansas-licensed Registered Nurse credential, BLS certification within 30 days of hire, and a diploma from an accredited nursing program.
