Desired Qualifications:

Active RN license with minimum 1 year of current acute care Pre-Op hospital experience BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach Candidates with prior Meditech experience and the ability to assist pre-op staff are strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Manage pre-operative preparations for surgical, endoscopy, cath lab, EP, CT, outpatient infusion, and other specialty patients Provide Phase 2 recovery care for Urology, GYN, and various surgical day-stay patients Perform tasks such as outpatient EKGs, blocks, blood transfusions, and patient monitoring using Pyxis, GE

machines, doppler, bladder scanner, and patient scales Maintain a 1:3 RN-to-patient ratio for optimal care and safety Efficiently document assessments and interventions in Meditech EMR system Respond to on-call requirements with a 30-minute response time as needed Why consider this contract?
