Qualifications:

Current active RN license Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Med Surg and Telemetry settings BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Proficient in monitoring and responding to patient status changes Exceptional communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit Monitor and record patient vital signs and conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients and families on conditions, care, and recovery
