Signature Rehab has expanded into managing the Restorative Nursing Program. We are currently recruiting a Restorative Nurse to lead the restorative nursing program. Powered by Signature Rehab! How you Will make a Difference Perform restorative nursing procedures that maximize the residents' existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, and minimize the negative effects of disability with an attitude of realistic optimism under the supervision of a restorative nurse. Assist as needed with potential Admissions as needed at the building. Monday - Friday 8 hour day shift with occasional weekend rotation. What you Need to make a Difference Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse with required state licensure. One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred. Recognize resident's needs such as ROM exercises, ambulation limitations, etc. Come join our therapy team!
