nursing skills- wound care, wound vac, IV's, catheters, injections , lab draws, etc Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care and case management for well, chronic, and acutely ill individuals, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Perform key nursing skills including wound care, wound vacs, IVs, catheter care, injections, and lab draws . Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, including appointments, hospitalizations, discharge planning, and changes in patient condition. Manage medications, physician orders, nursing documentation, and required health and safety records. Supervise LPN/LVN and unlicensed staff, provide training, and ensure compliance with care plans, safety, and infection prevention standards. #
