Job Description

Overview:
The Registered Nurse provides nursing duties in Ambulatory Surgery Center and Interventional Vascular and Pain Management Office. One-time, $2,500.00, sign on bonus offered.
Responsibilities:
Assisting and scrubbing with interventional vascular, interventional radiology and interventional pain procedures. Administering IV sedation for procedures under physician supervision. Monitoring patients during procedures. Recovering patients post-procedure and monitoring vital signs. Prepare patients for examination and treatment by taking patient histories and vital signs. Prepare exam and treatment rooms with the necessary instruments for your patients, including preparation and maintenance of supplies and equipment for treatments. Maintaining inventory of procedure room and ordering necessary supplies. Assist with scheduling of tests and treatments for patients. Communicate with collaborating physicians, nurses, and hospitals to coordinate patient care. You will train at our Union City, TN office and Fulton, KY ASC.
Qualifications:
A Degree from an accredited Nursing Program is required. Must possess and maintain a current license in Tennessee as a Registered Nurse. Maintains current CPR certification. Applicant must have excellent communication skills and a demonstrated high level of clinical excellence.
Job Expectations:
For this position, we are looking for a registered nurse who is willing to work 4- 10 hour days at our Union City, TN and Fulton, KY locations. Monday-Thursday.
