Job Description
Georgetown College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track, 12-month position as the Dean of Nursing to develop a new RN-BSN program. We expect to enroll students in this new program beginning in Fall 2027. The Dean of Nursing is responsible for designing a CCNE-aligned curriculum, accreditation leadership, faculty recruitment, practicum/internship partnership development, and teaching. This position reports to the Provost and includes administrative and instructional duties. Qualifications Graduate degree in nursing Active RN license or eligibility for licensure in the state of KY Leadership experience in Nursing Education Accreditation leadership and program development experience is preferred Curriculum development and online teaching experience is preferred Georgetown College Georgetown College is a private, Christian, liberal arts institution serving approximately 1100 undergraduate students, located in Georgetown, Kentucky, just 12 miles north of Lexington.
