Qualifications:
+ Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served. + Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience is a significant plus!). + Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care. + Current CPR/BLS certification. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
