Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions. Perform laboratory tests as needed to assist in diagnosis and treatment. Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients in various settings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within healthcare systems. Skills Proficient in laboratory procedures. Strong skills in patient assessment and medication administration. Experience in substance use or treatment of mental health conditions is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective health coaching and patient education. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong critical thinking skills to manage situations effectively.
