Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN at Spring Creek Rehab, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that our patients receive the best possible care and support during their stay with us.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care to residents with a range of medical conditions, including but not limited to post-operative care, wound management, and chronic disease management Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians Monitor and report patient progress to the nursing team and physicians Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements:

Current registered nurse (RN) license in the State of Kentucky Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field Minimum of [insert years of experience] years of experience as a registered nurse
