What You'll Do:

Provide expert outpatient and some inpatient hematology and oncology care to adult patients Manage a patient caseload of approximately 22 patients per day, including 2-3 new consults Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using

EPIC EMR

for documentation and coordination Contribute to patient treatment plans, medication management, and follow-up care Participate in outpatient clinic; minimal hospital rounding (about 5%) Maintain compliance with all clinical and safety standards

What You Need:

Valid Kentucky medical license or eligibility Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy outpatient setting About the
