Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks a Rehab RN to provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adults in an inpatient rehab setting. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and coordinate closely with therapy, medical, and case management teams to help patients regain function and independence. The role includes patient and family education, monitoring progress, documentation, and supporting quality and safety initiatives in a mission-driven, collaborative environment.
