Schedule/Hours:

This is a travel assignment requiring schedule flexibility to accommodate patient needs and shift coverage.

Qualifications:

Active RN license, valid in Kentucky or compact state At least one year of recent stepdown/telemetry nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred) Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Experience with electronic medical records systems

Responsibilities:

Provide vigilant, high-quality care to patients requiring intermediate medical attention Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress; respond swiftly to changes in condition Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and specialty staff Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and policy protocols
