Role:

Dialysis RN responsible for delivering safe, high-quality hemodialysis to medically complex rehab patients.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients and monitor treatments as part of an interdisciplinary team. Manage vascular access and administer medications appropriately. Coordinate patient care to promote functional recovery and independence. Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans. Follow strict infection-control and safety protocols. Document care accurately in the EMR.

Qualifications & Skills:

Registered Nurse licensure with relevant experience in dialysis or acute care setting. Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of infection control, safety standards, and EMR documentation. Commitment to evidence-based practice and clinical growth.
