What Youll Do:

Required Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse license At least 1 year of recent experience in home health as an RN Strong proficiency in OASIS documentation Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (highly preferred) Demonstrated ability to work independently on a structured daily schedule of patient visits Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
