Position Summary:

Under the supervision of an RN, assists in assuring optimal patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Certifications Nursing Assistant Certificate (SRNA/CNA) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire Handle with Care required within 7 days of hire
