May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). Active or eligible license in the state of Kentucky . Strong clinical skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating acute and episodic illnesses/injuries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment , demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced clinic. Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care across the lifespan. DEA registration or eligibility for registration.
