Sharing directly in the success you help create every day Essential duties include: Deliver optimal patient care to patients requiring Skilled Nursing and/or rehabilitation nursing care for general medical and post-surgical conditions.

Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care

Completes all documents timely

Provide orientation and in-service to staff/personnel

Assure compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation

Qualifications:

Current, unrestricted Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Must have current CPR Certification

Compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with great time management skills
