Job Description

Current Louisiana RN license and CPR required. Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred. 12 hours shifts. 8 hours of built in overtime. Additional pay for night and weekend differentials. Universal Behavioral Health Hospital is a state of the art facility therapeutically designed and built conveniently located in downtown Hammond. 800 South Oak Street, Hammond, LA 70403. Please call HR at 985-500-3265 to schedule an interview. HR office is open Mon through Fri 8-4:30. Excellent salary and benefits offered. 12 hours shifts plus weekend and night shifts differentials. 8 hours built in overtime per pay period. Every other weekend with weekend differentials added. Act as a charge nurse, supervise LPNs and MHTs. Electronic Medical Record. Opportunity to work additional overtime when needed and incentives available Excellent work environment and facilities We serve patient population of 18 years and older. All private rooms. We offer acute care psychiatric inpatient and intensive outpatient services.
