What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients using the nursing process Assess patient needs and implement appropriate teaching and interventions Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members Delegate and coordinate patient care activities, ensuring safety and compliance Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate patient outcomes and suggest improvements Adhere to regulatory standards, including patient safety and privacy protocols Maintain professional responsibility and support unit and organizational goals
What You Need:
Active State of Louisiana RN License Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) required Minimum of 2 years NICU or relevant neonatal patient care experience Strong organizational, judgment, and interpersonal skills About the
