Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:

Current, active RN license Minimum of one year recent experience as a home health registered nurse Demonstrated proficiency with OASIS documentation (required) Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred) Able to consistently manage a structured, full-time schedule and complete daily visits Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
