Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Referral bonus program Paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team What You'll Do Provide direct patient care in a telemetry and general medicine unit Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms, manage dysrhythmias Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Participate in holiday coverage and weekend rotations Comply with all hospital, state, and federal healthcare regulations What You Need Valid RN license in Louisiana Minimum of 2 years of MS/Telemetry nursing experience Proficiency in interpreting dysrhythmias and managing telemetry Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred Ability to work night shift and weekend/Holiday rotations Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset About the Assignment This unit specializes in general medical-surgical care, including COVID, TB, and neg pressure rooms. The team values experienced nurses skilled in telemetry management, with a focus on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
