The ER RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans in coordination with other healthcare team members. ER RN job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage care of patients experiencing life-threatening problems and perform triage interventions Work with physicians to assist in exams, diagnostic testing, and treatments Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications
