Nights:

7PM - 7AM Full-time Every other weekend required No on-call or floating

Qualifications:

Active RN license (state or compact)

BLS, ACLS, PALS

(AHA required) TNCC certification required Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room experience preferred Commitment to ongoing education and annual competency verification

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Manage complex patient cases and effectively prioritize critical situations Provide medication administration and monitor treatment outcomes Complete accurate, timely documentation of patient care Educate patients, families, and caregivers Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Uphold high standards of clinical practice and patient safety
