Use the nursing process to evaluate and respond to patient needs quickly and accurately. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress accurately and timely. Adapt care to meet the diverse needs of patients across different age groups. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients, families, and team members.

What You Need Required:

Valid Louisiana RN license 2+ years ER nursing experience Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications Proficiency in nursing assessments, documentation, and team collaboration Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
