PrimeSTAR Home Health is seeking a Full-Time Home Health Nurse (RN) to join our team of one of the fastest-growing Home Healths in North Lousiana . This position will cover Ruston, LA and surrounding areas. Duties & Responsibilities:

patient teachings medication administration wound care / dressing changes / wound vacs post-surgical care skilled nursing care / direct patient care patient follow-up OASIS Start of Care (SOC), regular SOC, admits & discharges Additional duties as assigned Required experience: We are seeking nurses whose license is active and in good standing with the State Board of Nursing Excellent clinical nursing skills and a background in ICU, ER, med/surg, or related skilled nursing care Experience with Home Health nursing a plus Willingness & ability to drive throughout our territory

Experience:

nursing: 1 year (Required) home health: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

Driver's License (Required) Active Nursing License (Required)

$40.00 per hour
