Role:
As a Pulmonary Nurse (RN), you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver specialized care to patients with respiratory conditions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing and diagnosing patients with pulmonary conditions, developing individualized care plans Administering medications, treatments, and therapies to manage lung conditions and symptoms Monitoring patients' progress, adjusting care plans as needed, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes Educating patients and families on disease management, medication use, and self-care techniques Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment plans, and outcomes
