Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws 24/7 dedicated team support What You'll Do Provide specialized CVOR nursing care to cardiac surgery patients Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes during procedures Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Maintain accurate documentation throughout procedures Assist in pre-op and post-op patient management Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols in the CVOR unit Support emergency responses as needed, including possible extended shifts during events What You Need Valid RN license in Louisiana (or compact state) BLS certification (additional certifications preferred) Minimum of 2 years OR experience, with CVOR experience required Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure Ability to follow detailed protocols and work as part of a team About the Assignment Join a top hospital in Slidell offering a dynamic CVOR specialty.
