$54.31/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with state and federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide expert nursing care in a high-volume Emergency Department Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatments efficiently Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Assist with critical interventions and monitor patient progress Document patient care accurately and thoroughly Educate patients and families on treatments and recovery procedures Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

What You Need Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana Minimum 2 years ER or acute care nursing experience

BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS

certifications Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts

Preferred:
