Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse at Phoenix Staffing Solutions, you will provide essential nursing care and support to patients in various healthcare settings. You will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with facility policies and regulations. Assist with the coordination of patient care and ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in Massachusetts. Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and respect. Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus.
