TILL provides essential support to adults with developmental disabilities, learning differences, acquired brain injury, and other specialized needs through a wide range of housing options, from structured, staffed, small group living to individualized support options. TILL, Inc,. is seeking an RN to join our team! Schedule This is a consultant position or employee position and available hours are flexible based on programmatic needs, up to 8 hours per month.

Responsibilities:

Provide initial medication training according to NH regulations

Review medication logs and submit documentation to NH DMDS

Provide in-service trainings on health care related topics

Coordinate medical resources with families, staff when intervention is appropriate

Review new referrals

Participate in provider certifications visits to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

Current RN license in NH

Experience with DD population

Must possess good communication skills- both oral and written

Must be able to be flexible with schedules to coordinate meetings with providers and training

Work in Hollis and Nashua, NH

Driver's license and vehicle required
