Nursing Full Job Description Role Overview:

We are seeking 1099 Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to perform pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. The role involves completing structured assessments using pre-populated forms, with no treatment plans, prescribing, or follow-up calls, making it a low-stress clinical work .

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home health assessments based on pre-scheduled appointments Complete and submit assessment forms efficiently Work within structured workflows and guidelines Serve multiple counties within assigned regions to maximize patient volume and earnings

Qualifications & Skills:

Active, unrestricted NP license in the state Board certification as FNP, AGNP, or ANP Reliable personal transportation Willingness to commit at least 60 hours per month New graduates are welcome—prior experience not required
