Schedule and Hours:
8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm No weekends, no major holidaysQualifications:
Active Massachusetts RN License At least 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience Proficient with administering IM injections and handling long-acting injectables (LAIs) DemonstratedEPIC EHR
proficiency is required CPI certification preferredResponsibilities:
Provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care for a caseload averaging 10-30 patients/day Administer medication, including intramuscular injections and LAIs Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Document all care activities in EPIC Maintain patient safety, advocate for mental wellness, and support crisis interventionBenefits & Perks:
