  • Postpartum in Cambridge, Massachusetts, starts 06/23/2026 for 13 weeks.
Earn $2,605 to $2,642 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is rotating Day/Night in a hospital setting.

Setting:
Hospital/Postpartum unit with newborn care Local rate option: Locals within 50 miles eligible for a local rate ($8 less than posted rate) Responsibilities Provide direct postpartum nursing care to mothers and newborns on the postpartum unit, including ongoing assessments, vital signs, and patient education. Administer and monitor IV therapies and medications per orders (e.g., IV antibiotics, IV magnesium intermittently, PRBCs, Rhogam, Lovenox) and document responses. Monitor for postpartum complications (e.g., postpartum hemorrhage, magnesium management) and respond per unit protocol. Support lactation and newborn care, including breastfeeding guidance and coordination with lactation resources. Document all nursing care in the electronic medical record and participate in multidisciplinary rounds and discharge planning. Ensure patient safety and comfort, maintain appropriate equipment readiness (infant care items, IV pumps, BP monitoring, newborn warmer, breast pump, etc.) and adhere to unit guidelines. Requirements Active Massachusetts RN license with NURSYS verification pulled within the last 7 days 1+ year of acute care postpartum experience; travel experience preferred AHA BLS and NRP certifications required Lactation certification preferred;
EPIC EMR
