One of our clients is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to provide support and care in the Carver/Lakeville area. Immediate start.CLIENT'S HOURLY RATES
- Registered Nurse (RN): $60/hr.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
- Work directly with residents to ensure that their needs are met.
- Utilize nursing principles and patient assessments to develop, determine, and implement individualized plans of care.
- Administer necessary medications and carry out treatments and procedures outlined in patient's care plan.
- Accurately document all care provided to patients and note all observations.
- Work with medical team, patient, and his or her family, and visitors to ensure the atmosphere is pleasant and positive.
- Participate in rounds, ensure others are caring for the patient, understand treatments that have been provided, and ascertain patient's future needs.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test and must have CPR certification
