Nursing Full Job Description The Role:
Establishing a pool of qualified substitute school nurses will provide East Longmeadow Public Schools with a flexible resource to maintain consistent student health services during staff vacancies, absences, professional development, and other coverage needs. Substitute nurses will also provide essential nursing coverage for field trips, allowing students to participate safely while minimizing disruption to building-based health services. Maintaining a reliable pool of RN/LPN substitutes will strengthen the district's ability to respond quickly to staffing needs and ensure continuity of care across our schools.
Salary:
