Weeks Shift & Schedule Hours:
36 hours per week
Shift:
12-hour Nights (7:00 PM
  • 7:30 AM)
Schedule:
Every other weekend (EOW) and rotating holidays
Float Requirement:
May float between affiliated facilities as needed Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role includes medication administration, patient monitoring, care coordination, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The RN is expected to uphold professional nursing standards while delivering exceptional patient care and service. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process . Perform and document physical, psychological, and social assessments . Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient records . Develop, implement, and communicate patient care plans . Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Function in a Charge Nurse role when assigned. Utilize computerized nursing information systems proficiently. Support staff orientation, training, and clinical education. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care evaluations. Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance policies . Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing education programs. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Education & Licensure Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing . Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Required Experience Recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience in an acute care setting (within the last 2 years). Telemetry experience required . Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
