13 Weeks Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced PACU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures. The RN will assess, monitor, and evaluate patients throughout the recovery process while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and clinical excellence. Required Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN License Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing Current BLS Certification Current ACLS Certification Current PALS Certification Successful completion of Pharmacology Exam Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia Program or Challenge Exam Minimum 1 year recent experience (within the last 5 years) in:
PACU SDC ICU CVICU CVPA
Emergency Room Prior PACU or SDC experience preferred BSN Preferred Required Skills PACU / Recovery Room Nursing IV Starts Hemodynamic Monitoring Ventilator Management Cardiac Monitoring Arrhythmia Interpretation Patient Assessment Medication Administration Clinical Documentation Computerized Nursing Informatics Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures Administer medications and evaluate patient responses Maintain accurate patient documentation and records Develop individualized patient care plans Communicate patient status with healthcare teams Provide patient and family education Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Follow infection control and hospital safety standards Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care Perform charge nurse duties as assigned For more details reach at
