We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients while adhering to established protocols and standards. This role is vital in delivering comprehensive nursing services across various departments, including emergency care, outpatient services, and specialized units. Responsibilities Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide care to patients. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Participate in family planning consultations and provide care as needed. Ensure compliance with safety standards Skills Proficient in using PCC for electronic health record management. Strong clinical skills Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality. Experience in managing patients requiring dialysis treatment. Familiarity with mammography procedures is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating strong independent decision-making skills.
