Schedule/Hours:
  • Travel assignment with flexible shifts
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Valid, unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room experience
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures across various specialties
  • Provide direct patient care throughout pre, intra, and post-operative phases
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
  • Monitor surgical patients, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols
  • Effectively document surgical procedures and patient status
  • Maintain aseptic techniques and support quality improvement initiatives
