Qualifications/Experience:
- Valid, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures across various specialties
- Provide direct patient care throughout pre, intra, and post-operative phases
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
- Monitor surgical patients, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols
- Effectively document surgical procedures and patient status
- Maintain aseptic techniques and support quality improvement initiatives
