As a Registered Nurse in the ER, you will be at the forefront of critical care, providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients in urgent need. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of care. Assess and evaluate patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions Provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care Document all patient care activities accurately and timely Administer medications and IV therapy safely and effectively Identify and address potential risks to patient safety Participate in professional development and continuous learning opportunities

Requirements:

AS in Nursing required, BS in Nursing preferred Current MA Registered Nurse license ACLS certification upon hire or active BLS with ACLS within 60 days

AHA PALS
