- Gloucester, Cape Ann and Beverly Areas

Immediate opening for a Home Care Nurse to join our growing nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work 1-on-1 with staff caring for patients in their homes.Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee patient care services Visit clients in their home to assess for services Supervise & support our home health aide staff in the field Develop care plans and introduce home care aides to new clients Provide medication management for clientsWork Schedule:
7:30AM- 4:00PM or 8AM
- 4:30PM Monday
- Friday Work throughout the Cape Ann and North Shore communities.

Requires a nurse (RN or LPN) license with 2+ years nursing experience. Home care experience a plus.
