We are seeking a motivated registered nurse who is passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and helping clients feel confident in their skin. Previous aesthetic experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. The position is ideal for a nurse who has experience with laser treatments and/or cosmetic injections, or someone eager to build a long-term career in aesthetics. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive client consultations and pre-treatment assessments, evaluate skin concerns, medical history and aesthetics goals to determine appropriate treatment recommendations. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each clients unique needs while prioritizing realistic expectations. Maintain strict sanitation protocols and adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, pre treatment preperations, aftercare instructions and ongoing maintenance recommendations. Collaborate with the team on social media management efforts to promote services, share success stories, and engage with the community online. Support retail sales initiatives by educating clients on medical skincare lines and cosmetic products during their visits. Maintain accurate and detailed client records. Contribute to growth and success of the practice by supporting client retention and overall client satisfaction.
