Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients. Acts in lead capacity to other nursing staff. Essential Functions

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medication to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Collaborates with nurse managers and staff to assess the learning needs and competencies of staff.
• Demonstrates best practices for staff to follow.
• May participate on teams or perform special projects/assignments.
• Performs education, onboarding, and precepting Education Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred Licenses and Credentials Registered Nurse [MA
• State License] Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS]
• Basic Life Support [BLS Certification Experience Clinical nursing experience 2-3 years required We are currently hiring a full-time, 40-hour Lead Endoscopy Registered Nurse to work on site Monday-Friday between 6:30 am to 3:00 pm!
