Our team is growing, and we are looking for experienced Infusion Nurses to join us as independent contractors. As an Infusion Nurse with Vital Infusions PLLC, you will play a crucial role in administering IV infusions, educating patients about their treatments, and ensuring a comfortable and safe therapy experience. This position requires a high level of professionalism, clinical expertise, and the ability to provide compassionate care to patients in various settings.Responsibilities:
Administer IV infusions as prescribed, ensuring the highest safety and comfort for patients. Assess patient health status, including vital signs and symptom management, before and during the infusion process. Educate patients and their families about the infusion process, medication, and self-care techniques. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. Collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust treatment plans as necessary. Stay current with best practices in infusion therapy and participate in professional development opportunities.Requirements:
Current RN license in MA. Current BLS (ACLS and/or PALS) Minimum of 2 years of direct infusion experience with a strong understanding of infusion therapies, including IVIG, ERT, biologics, antibiotics, and vitamins. Minimum of 2 years experience with peripheral IV access. Experience with port access or willingness to learn. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Current CPR certification. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient locations. Why Join Vital Infusions LLC?Flexibility:
