Matter:

Provide kind, compassionate care to residents in home or assisted living settings. Observe residents and chart/report changes such as response to medication or treatment. Perform basic resident care or treatments, including temperature and blood pressure monitoring Support palliative and hospice care needs, including pain management, symptom control, and emotional/spiritual support Qualifications for

Success:

Current, unencumbered MA RN License Minimum 1-year RN experience Prior experience in home-care, hospice, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to patient homes or hospice facilities.
