The ideal candidate has a strong background in aesthetic injectables, an established clientele, and experience performing laser resurfacing treatments. Position Overview The ideal candidate is a confident and skilled aesthetic provider who is passionate about helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals through individualized treatment plans and high-quality care. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aesthetic nurse looking to join a collaborative team while continuing to grow their own clientele in a professional medical aesthetics setting. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, in accordance with established clinical protocols and patient safety standards. Conduct thorough consultations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals, anatomy, and medical history. Perform laser treatments, particularly laser resurfacing procedures, with an understanding of appropriate patient selection, treatment protocols, and post-procedure care. Educate clients on aesthetic treatments, skincare regimens, and appropriate pre- and post-treatment instructions. Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation, treatment records, and photographs as appropriate. Provide exceptional patient care while fostering long-term client relationships and retention. Maintain knowledge of current aesthetic trends, technologies, products, and treatment techniques. Collaborate with the clinical team to support a positive, professional, and patient-centered environment. Contribute to the growth of the practice through client retention, relationship building, and an established clientele. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, Nurse Practitioner License preferred. Active, unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license. Demonstrated experience performing aesthetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Experience with laser resurfacing treatments strongly preferred. Existing clientele and an established patient base required. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment, and safe injection practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Professional, personable, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to patient safety and exceptional results.
