Specific responsibilities include:

Respond to on-call messages that will include making recommendations via phone and making visits to the home of the patient when needed. Death pronouncements for patients dying at home or in a location where there is not a registered nurse to pronounce death. Make scheduled hospice visits or complete admissions to patients as directed by Clinical Director.

SCHEDULE

Biweekly Weekend Shift Alternating weekends, Friday 5:00 PM to Monday 8:30 AM Applicants must meet all state licensing requirements and possess a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.
