At this time, only applicants who are currently enrolled as a Nursing Student or Physician Assistant (PA) Student will be considered. Home Healthcare Caregiver (Nursing Student / PA Student) We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Nursing or PA student to join our team as a Home Healthcare Caregiver. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience while providing high-quality, personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. As a valued member of our team, you will support clients with daily living activities, promote their independence, and contribute to a safe, comfortable environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-centered, and thrives in a collaborative care setting. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with client dietary needs and preferences Offer medication reminders in accordance with care plans Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team promptly Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity and quality of care Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Nursing or Physician Assistant (PA) program Completion of at least one clinical rotation preferred Must be a certified Home Health Aide (or willing to go through the BNCC Home Health Aide training prior to working) Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic home care environment Team-oriented with a compassionate, patient-first approach Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Perks & Benefits Competitive pay 24/7 call/video chat/text access to On-Call RN Manager to support you during your shifts Valuable hands-on clinical experience Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive, team-oriented work environmentBenefits
